Windows Server 2025 Datacenter w/Hyper-V enabled

I deploy all projects into virtual machines (VM) managed by the Hyper-V platform. When I am installing linux, it is the server install. This does not install a desktop so all interactions are via command line only. My baseline for a linux based VM is –
Secure Boot = off
RAM = 2Gb
Disk = 127Gb
Virtual Switch = internet
